Sales Pipeline Controller

The Sales Administration department is a key part of our structure providing control & flow of information through all areas of our business as such this is a critical role within the company where the Sales Pipeline Controller will be responsible for controlling all sales to settlement, co-ordinating with Construction, Sales, technicians, Surveyors, Solicitors and Customers to achieve maximum sales potential.

To administer the sales operation within Stewart Milne Homes North to ensure the smooth running of the department, to enable the sales operations to function effectively, with accurate information and clear and effective communication for both internal and external customers.

Accountabilities

  • Manage/control missives (including incentives) – issue, return & conclude in agreed timescales working closely with Sales Consultants/Managers and Company Solicitor.
  • Manage/control client payments, reservation fees, deposits, CVO’s and settlements.
  • Manage/control settlement and handover process – working closely with Sales Consultant, Sales Managers.
  • Manage/control database contracts set up and maintain throughout development – including ‘set-up’ libraries. Ensure database is kept up to date all at times.
  • Manage/Control CVO Process, ensuring information passed to Commercial Department timeously – working closely with Sales Consultants
  • Responsible for recording and ordering customer choices for kitchen, tiles etc. timeously.
  • Responsible for control and issue of customer welcome packs including handover information and gifts.
  • Prepare and issue various department reports – e.g. weekly activity & sales pipeline etc.

Essential Technical Expertise

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight timescales with high level of accuracy
  • High/Advanced level of IT skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Ideally experience using a CRM database (Axapta) although not essential would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
